Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms
By purchasing a membership through Virtuagym, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) between you (“the Member”) and Boogaloo TanzStudio (“the Studio”).

2. Membership
Your membership grants access to the classes and services specified in your chosen plan.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
The Studio reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, instructors, or class formats.

3. Payments
Membership fees are billed automatically according to the selected payment frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly).
Payments are processed via authorized payment methods.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Cancellations & Renewals
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled according to the cancellation policy.
Cancellation must be made in writing via email to boogalootanzstudio@gmail.com or through Virtuagym, respecting the notice period stated in your membership plan (7 days before renewal date).
No refunds are issued for unused time once a billing period has started.

5. Pausing or Freezing Memberships
Membership freezes may be available in special circumstances (e.g., illness or injury) at the Studio’s discretion.
Requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation if required.

6. Health & Safety
You confirm that you are physically able to participate in classes and activities at the Studio.
Inform instructors of any relevant health conditions or injuries prior to class participation.
The Studio is not liable for injuries sustained during participation, except in cases of proven negligence.

7. Conduct & Studio Rules
Respect instructors, staff, and fellow members at all times.
Follow all studio safety and hygiene rules.
The Studio reserves the right to deny access or terminate memberships due to inappropriate behavior or repeated rule violations.

8. Liability
You participate at your own risk.
The Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

9. Privacy
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Studio’s Privacy Policy and Virtuagym’s data protection terms.

10. Agreement
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
